About GeizR

GeizR is a Europe-wide price comparison for buyers in Germany: it shows in which EU market a product is cheapest, converted to the final price paid in Germany.

What GeizR does

Some products are cheaper on Amazon France, Italy or Spain than in Germany. But the prices cannot be compared directly, because VAT and shipping costs differ from country to country. So for every offer GeizR works out the price you pay in Germany and takes the estimated shipping costs to Germany into account. How exactly this works is explained on the page Methodology & data sources.

How GeizR is financed

The price search is free. GeizR contains affiliate links: if you buy through a link, GeizR receives a commission on qualifying purchases. This does not change the price for you. Offers are sorted by final price; the commission has no influence on the order.
